We had a very entertaining cooking demonstration by guest Chef Praveen Kumar of Tabla restaurant. Praveen was born and raised in South India and has gained years of international experience within the hospitality industry.
Praveen is passionate about authentic Indian cuisine and ensures he imports his spices from his family farm back home.
For the demonstration, Praveen used the BORA hob and managed to deliver the Indian flavours despite not having a Tandoor oven.
He made a variety of dishes with fish, chicken and salmon using the teppanyaki. He also made delicious Pakoras which the BORA hob coped with fantastically. All the recipes were shared with the clients that attended.
We look forward to hosting Praveen again for a cookery demonstration in the studio.
